A Photographer based in Virginia Beach.

I grew up in Virginia Beach, and after a short stint in D.C. where I met my husband, I made my way back to VB. These days, I’m lucky to call Chic’s Beach my home with our two boys, Sonny & Louie, and our silly boxer dogs, Blue & Pearl.

Photography has always been part of me. What started with snapping photos of friends and family grew into something I just couldn’t put down. I believe photos are more than just images; they hold our feelings, memories, and moments we never want to forget. I do have a full-time day job, but this “job,” capturing memories for you, is truly my favorite!

As your photographer, I’ll be the one…

Who will overshoot and overdeliver, always.
Who will yell from behind the camera how perfect and gorgeous you all look.
Who might include an emotional, blurry photo in your gallery because sometimes it’s not about the clarity, it’s about the moment. And you should have it.
Who will sends you five almost identical images because your kid’s expression shifts ever so slightly in each, and I can’t choose which one you’ll love most. So you get them all.
Who will be cracking jokes along the way.
Who will include the outtakes with your gallery. Yes, they’re edited. Yes, they’re staying.
Who completely stinks at the admin stuff. I just want to take the photos and capture the memories.
Who will absolutely want you to message me right after I send your gallery to tell me you love your photos.
Who will want to see any behind-the-scenes photos you take
Who will listen to you.
Who will laugh with you.
Who will become your friend.
Who loves and appreciates that you make space for me in your life and your budget.
